Biannually we host a professional development summit where we connect as management consultants and professionals to grow our practice. To further integrate this value into our day-to-day efforts, we produced and shipped to each of our employees a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Kit. Each item serves as a reminder of the importance of DEIB. The intent is to keeps DEIB top of mind throughout all that we do. This kit is great to accompany our Unintended Bias & Cultural Competence training or gift it as an employee appreciation.
