Adam has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge® since 2012. He has more than five years of project management or program management experience and more than ten years of experience with risk identification, risk mitigation, quality assurance, quality control, independent assessment, analysis, writing, editing, performance metrics, quality standards, stakeholder engagement, and software development and implementation projects. When not working, Adam enjoys being outdoors, especially on the water.

Alex Green is a learning consultant who partners with various Learning Management Systems. Alex analyzes customer usage to align with the organization’s learning solutions and business goals. The Learning Admin team develops a customer system structure to extract accurate and repeatable analytics. 

When a professional, lasting database infrastructure needs to be established for any business learning, Alex ensures that the structure will align with his customer’s pre-existing models. Reporting metrics on any knowledge is also personalized to the customer’s needs to have the highest impact on any compliance required. 

With an extensive past in government contracts, Alex is well accustomed to following guidelines to ensure a streamlined training system. His vast experience in this sector, along with a diversified knowledge of software products, enhanced his ability to adapt with ease. 

When not working, Alex enjoys being a father to two beautiful children and is a devoted husband. He often finds himself wrenching on different automotive projects in the garage in his spare time.   

Carson City, NV

Since 2015, Alicia has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. Alicia has over 15 years of experience helping public health agencies manage, improve, understand, and use their data and systems. She uses her data analytics and project management skills, along with her extensive experience in the implementation and certification of Medicaid Enterprise Systems, to manage and support projects ranging from epidemiological analyses of COVID-19 to IV&V support for system modernization.  

Alicia previously served as the Chief Biostatistician for the Nevada State Health Division. Alicia received her BS and MS in mathematics with an emphasis in statistics from the University of Nevada, Reno. When not working, Alicia enjoys camping, skiing, and photography.

Rusagonis, New Brunswick 

Brandon serves as a learning consultant at Public Knowledge®, partnering with customers to provide eLearning solutions. Since joining the industry in 2010, he has helped Global partners set up, administrate, analyze, and maintain their eLearning programs. Brandon has assisted clients as satisfied clients within the past are reporting, user management, instructor-led training, content publishing, and library maintenance. 

When he’s not working, Brandon likes to spend time with his two boys (ages 2 and 4), playing music and watching and playing hockey. 

Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada 

 Since 2018, Brenda has been a Quality Assurance Specialist at Public Knowledge®. Brenda has been responsible for reviewing eLearning and mLearning assets at all phases of the development life cycle, with 27 years of eLearning experience working on numerous large projects with global clients from multiple industries. Brenda received her Diploma in Courseware Authoring from NBCC and is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA). Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and their Golden Retriever, Sadie, being outdoors, and reading when not working. 

Noonan, New Brunswick

Since January 2022, Colleen has been a Learning Consultant at Public Knowledge®, LLC. Colleen has 13 years of experience working in the learning and development field and is responsible for growing strong bonds and relationships with customers and colleagues. She has a talent for rebuilding strained partnerships with her exceptional communication skills and ongoing work ethic. Colleen received her Micro Computer Business honors degree from CompuCollege. Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and has a green thumb for gardening when not working.

Carefree, AZ

Dava started with Public Knowledge® in 2019 as the proposal writer and editor, and she became the proposal manager in 2021. She supports and coordinates the proposal team’s efforts to promote our consulting services and pursue new opportunities in this role. She joined the team with more than 20 years of writing and editing experience, plus seven years managing programs, processes, and groups. Dava received her master’s degree in organizational communication from Ohio University, attained an APMP Foundation-Level Certification, and is pursuing certification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Dava enjoys almost any outdoor activity, especially adventures involving heights when not working.

Las Vegas, NV

Since 2021, David has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®.  David is responsible for PK’s IV&V and process improvement activities with 20 years of experience in the private sector, local, state, and federal projects. David is considered a process improvement subject matter expert and enjoys working with his clients to align with quality and capability standards like ISO-9000-2015, CMMI, and CMMC. David is a certified CMMI Associate. He spends his free time traveling and recharging for the next engagement.  

West Linn, OR

Since 2005, Eliza has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. She has been responsible for the evaluation activities of child welfare programs and has developed, tested, implemented, and managed case reviews and other qualitative data collection instruments. Eliza also conducted analyses to inform practice and conducted continuous quality improvement systems and activities with 15 years of experience working with local, state, and federal child welfare agencies. She received her dual master’s degree in Social Work and Government Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania. Eliza enjoys cooking, hiking, and chasing her toddler when not working.  

Henderson, NV

Since 2021, Janelle has been the graphic designer for the Marketing Team at Public Knowledge®.  Janelle is responsible for graphic design internally and externally and came to PK with over 25 years of experience working in various business sectors. Janelle received her Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Eastern Wyoming College in Wyoming. She credited her graphic design skills to many years of on-the-job training and guidance from talented mentors. She does her best work sitting in front of an iMac doing anything and everything in Adobe Creative Suites, from logo designs to publications. Janelle spends her free time on the golf course, swimming pool, watching sports, especially football, and enjoying time with her family and fur babies.

Mariposa, CA

Since 2020, Kellynn has been a proposal coordinator at Public Knowledge®. Kellynn is responsible for maintaining quality resumes, project descriptions, and proposals for PK. She excels in dynamic and ambiguous fast-passed environments, a skill she gained from her time in West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer.  

Kellynn received her degree from Regis University in 2009 and attained an APMP Foundation-Level Certification. Kellynn enjoys hiking, reading, and chasing her two small children and dog when not working.

Since January 2022, Leah has been a Learning Consultant at Public Knowledge®, LLC. Leah is responsible for providing learning consulting services to focus on customer-specific program needs. These needs include engagement with stakeholders, analysis, alignment of learning solutions, aligning content to training needs, custom reporting, trend analysis, and supporting learning adoption. Leah has played a vital role in the eLearning industry for the last ten years, assisting global companies with their learning needs. Leah received her certificate in Human Resource Assistant from Eastern College. When not working, Leah enjoys reading and walking her dogs.

Since 2017, Les has been the manager of Learning Delivery at Public Knowledge®, LLC.  Les has been responsible for Bulletproof Academy (our customer-facing LMS), our virtual instructor-led training program, and our classroom instructor-led training, with 30 years of experience working as an adult educator.  Les received his Business diploma from NBCC and is an Authorized Microsoft Instructor.  Les enjoys golf, playing pool, playing guitar, and hanging with friends and family when not working.

Since 2014, Maggie has been a Production Manager at Public Knowledge®, LLC.  Maggie is responsible for directly managing and monitoring all aspects of custom production and proactively monitoring production queues, time allocations, utilization, and efficiencies. Maggie received her Diploma in Information Systems from Eastern College. When not working, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and staying active by going to the gym, kayaking, and snowshoeing. 

Reno, Nevada

Marc joined Public Knowledge® with experience as a management trainee, political campaign field organizer, and team leader in his community. He uses his excellent analytical, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to provide project management support for our clients. His current duties include project control and scheduling, deliverable review, testing, and metrics tracking. Marc has attained degrees in economics and finance and training in Technology of Participation group facilitation methods through the Institute of Cultural Affairs.

Since 2011, Michelle has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®.  Returning to Public Knowledge® in 2022, Michelle is/has partnered with a variety of public and private organizations supporting their Learning and Development teams.

As a management consultant focusing on education services, Michelle provides management consulting and learning services to help our clients solve challenging problems and thrive in complex situations.

When not supporting learning and development initiatives, Michelle can be found at the field volunteering with the local youth football team.

Naomi has been a management consultant with Public Knowledge® starting, since 2000. In 2021, returning to Public Knowledge®, she took on the role of Management Consulting Director to provide, support, and foster service delivery to our clients. Naomi has supported state governmental agencies engaged in planning and implementing federal and state health and human services programs in her career. She consistently seeks to understand the significant picture context and the “why” of every situation. She is skilled in strategic planning and assessing organizational needs for large system projects, analyzing and facilitating stakeholder input and priorities to gain consensus, using research to collect data for decision making, and leading project teams to deliver services.  

In addition to her management consulting work, Naomi oversaw and developed training programs for two organizations, including a state health plan. Naomi has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). 

Portland, OR

Shannon has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge® since 2015, consulting on a wide variety of projects, including policy and program research, organizational change management, group facilitation and training, strategic planning, administrative and management assessment, leadership development, and quality assurance.  

Shannon has over 16 years of experience working with state and local government agencies, specializing in public health, human services, and transportation. She also has experience with education, emergency management, and criminal justice agencies. Shannon received her MPA from Portland State University and is a certified Project Management Professional. You can find Shannon outside skiing, running, biking, or otherwise enjoying the Pacific Northwest when she’s not working.  

Flagstaff, AZ

Since 2021, Sheri has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®, LLC. Sheri is responsible for project work in justice and public safety, higher education, procurement, and health IT. She has extensive experience with justice issues, courts, and tribal government. She enjoys client-facing work. When not working, Sheri enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. She is a self-proclaimed city girl living in a small mountain town.

Since 2020, Tracey has been a Learning Administrator at Public Knowledge®, LLC. Tracey is responsible for working with various clients worldwide. Tracey demonstrates exceptional client relationship management a keen sense of organizational priorities, responsiveness, and reliability, with 14 years of experience working with e-Learning. A solid background in the functions of Learning Management systems and e-Learning content allows Tracey to provide clients strategic guidance in finding creative solutions to a range of challenges and in making the most of their e-Learning investments. Tracey received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University. When not working, Tracey enjoys watching her three children participate in their sporting events and competitions, including soccer, volleyball, hockey, and ringette. Tracey also likes to volunteer her time with youth sports being a manager for various teams, scorekeeping, helping with fundraising, and being on tournament committees. When not busy with sports, Tracey loves to relax at her cottage with her family in the summer and fall.
