Managing from the Middle
You may not have the formal title of manager or supervisor, but you wield influence, whether you recognize it or not. When we lead from the middle, we create effective working relationships with decision-makers above us and collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues at all levels. In this course, you will hear about the building blocks for leading from the middle. You will also learn about some of the challenges associated with leading from the middle, and what you can do to avoid or resolve common stumbling blocks.
