Procedural Justice in Action
This interactive procedural justice training is designed for child support professionals and covers core elements such as voice, neutrality, respect, understanding, and helpfulness. Participants will learn how to integrate these principles into child support cases, addressing common challenges like non-payment issues and barriers to engagement and payment. Additionally, the training will cover effective approaches to handle these challenges, reduce the need for contempt in addressing noncompliance, and enhance reliable support payments. Continuing Legal Education credit applications are also available for course participants.
