SILVER SPRING, MD (November 6, 2017) – CSF is pleased to announce that they have added several comprehensive White Papers to their websites addressing key aspects of their child welfare consulting practice. In addition to including an overview “infographic” describing the company’s approach to provide child welfare services, these White Papers present the CSF thought-leadership approaches to developing Child Welfare Practice Models, Continuous Quality Improvement, Effective Use of Data, Agency Assessment and Evaluation, Workforce Development and Coaching, and Private Provider Performance Management through Performance-Based Contracting.
Aimed at child welfare professionals in state agencies, these White Papers suggest best practices and experience-tested methods that CSF’s staff of national experts have used in their work across the country partnering with state and local agencies to help them address the variety of issues they face as they try to deliver effective and efficient services to children and families.
According to Will Hornsby, CSF’s Vice President for Child Welfare Practice, “Our CSF Child Welfare Team has worked hard to develop these White Papers that outline our approach to assist child welfare agencies to be more successful with the children and families they serve. We look forward to continuing this meaningful work with our child welfare peers and colleagues across the country.”
