Public Knowledge® (PK) is heading to Atlanta for the 2025 NCSEA Leadership Symposium from August 11 to 14. Leaders from across the child support community will gather to share best practices, advance collaboration, and strengthen program operations.
We are looking forward to connecting with others who care deeply about strengthening the child support program. Leadership takes many forms. No matter the title, each of us has a role in shaping how these services meet families’ needs.
Training and Tools That Drive Results
PK offers training and consulting to help child support programs improve service delivery and outcomes for families. Our Collaborative Negotiation Training builds the skills professionals need to navigate high-stakes conversations and resolve complex cases while keeping families at the center. We also provide business process review and program assessment services. These help agencies evaluate what is working, uncover root causes of inefficiencies, and implement changes that make a real difference.
