What comes to mind when you think of the term civility in the workplace? While it is often viewed as a personal trait or a professional expectation, it can be distilled into the ability to work through difficult conversations or circumstances as a team. For those interested in exploring this topic further, Civic Dinners, now part of Public Knowledge®, is hosting a free 60-minute webinar on The Cultural Work of Civility.
This conversation with Jenn Graham, Founder of Civic Dinners, and Stacey Moss, CEO of Public Knowledge®, will focus on how HR leaders and organizations can integrate psychological safety, accountability, and civility into their workplace culture. Additionally, Stacey will share her experience incorporating Workforce Culture Conversations into the PK IMPACT Leadership™ workshop, along with strategies leaders can use to build trust, navigate mistakes and difficult conversations, and apply these principles within organizational systems.

Participants will:
- Explore civility as a cultural practice, rather than an individual behavior.
- Examine the relationship between psychological safety and accountability.
- Learn strategies to support honest, constructive conversations.
- Consider how meetings, onboarding, manager expectations, and performance practices can reinforce workplace culture.
- Identify steps organizations can take without launching a large new initiative.
