Since 2012, Derrek has been the vice president of procurement services at Public Knowledge®. He manages the procurement services line of business, ensuring the delivery and quality of project deliverables. Derrek received his master of arts in international affairs from California State University, Sacramento. When not working, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, being a melomaniac, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Dustin Lanier CPPO

Austin, TX

Since 2010, Dustin has served as president of Civic Initiatives, a Public Knowledge® company. He is also the founder of Civic Initiatives.

Prior to founding Civic Initiatives, Dustin held leadership roles in Texas state government focused on strategic planning and contracting, including serving as director of strategic initiatives for the state CIO and executive director of the state Council on Competitive Government.

Dustin is a thought leader in public sector procurement and has delivered educational sessions and keynote presentations for procurement associations across the country, covering topics such as strategic procurement and workforce development.

He graduated from Duke University with degrees in public policy studies and Latin American studies.

Since 2014, Regina has served as a proposal manager at Public Knowledge®, where she leads proposal development, coordinates cross-functional inputs, and ensures clear, compliant, and compelling submissions. She focuses on organization, narrative development, and aligning technical content with client priorities to support successful pursuits. Regina received her bachelor of science in anthropology from Kansas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys good food, travel, and spending time outdoors, often running with her Bernedoodle, Harley.

Since 2022, Steph has been director of client success at Public Knowledge®. She oversees client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention and develops data-driven insights to support client outcomes. Steph received her master’s in business administration, with a focus in organizational change management, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. When not working, she enjoys gardening, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with her family.

Marketing Coordinator and Client Success Associate

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Since 2023, Lymaris has been a marketing coordinator and client success associate at Public Knowledge®. She supports marketing and outreach initiatives, manages social media engagement, and strengthens client relationships through clear communication and ongoing support. Lymaris earned her bachelor’s degree from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico – Recinto Metro. When not working, she enjoys spending time at the beach, writing poetry, watching movies, exploring new restaurants, listening to music, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.

Since 2017, Lisa has been a vice president of strategic initiatives at Public Knowledge®. She leads client success, marketing, outreach and engagement, advisory services, and strategic partnerships. Lisa received her master of public administration from Bellevue University. When not working, she enjoys skiing, running, yoga, and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and doodles.

Since 2022, Sherriel has been a client success and business development associate at Public Knowledge®. She identifies business opportunities, manages conference registrations and attendee flow, and coordinates booth setup and logistics for attending representatives. When not working, she enjoys making handmade cards, cooking, and spending time with her 88- and 89-year-old parents, who keep her on her toes.

Devin received her master of science in business administration from Central Michigan University. When not working, she enjoys Pilates and Lagree, spending time with family, and traveling with her husband and friends to explore new destinations and restaurants.
