Since 2025, Nayadira has been the human resources manager at Public Knowledge®, fostering a welcoming and supportive workplace. She oversees recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and engagement.
She earned her master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2022, bringing both expertise and a people-first approach to her work.
When not working, Naya enjoys snowboarding, hiking through nature, camping, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. She’s also an avid reader and shares her home with two lovable dogs.
