Connecting Ideas and Improving Practice at ERICSA 2026

May 3, 2026

Venue: In-Person

Join Public Knowledge® at the 63rd Annual Training Conference & Exposition of ERICSA in Milwaukee. This year’s theme, A Great Gathering on a Great Lake, brings child support professionals together to discuss strengthening programs and improving service delivery. The conference also creates space to examine how agencies are adapting to meet the evolving needs of families.

Support for Your Next Step

We partner with agencies to move insights into implementation. Whether you are improving day-to-day operations or planning broader changes, we help teams make progress with a clear path forward.

Our work focuses on practical support that agencies can apply immediately:

  • Business Process Redesign: Evaluate current operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements to case management and service delivery.
  • Training and Workforce Development: Equip staff with the skills to manage complex cases, improve customer interactions, and adapt to changing program expectations.
  • Operational and Strategic Support: Align policy, process, and technology to improve performance, strengthen compliance, and support long-term program goals.

Monday, May 4 | 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Presented by Jonell Sullivan and April Klatt.

Child support professionals are navigating growing complexity, including caseload pressures, technology changes, staff transitions, and burnout. This interactive, café-style session creates space for focused discussion on these challenges. Participants rotate through guided stations to share experiences and practical ideas on communication, leadership, tools, and workload management. The format emphasizes peer exchange and real-world application, with takeaways participants can bring back to their teams.
