Igniting Impact Podcast – Leadership Lessons from a Season of Change – Season 3, Episode 10

Change has become a defining condition for leaders and project teams. It is no longer something to move through and leave behind. It is the environment in which decisions and delivery now happen.

In the Season 3 finale of the Igniting Impact Podcast, Stacey is joined by Kassie and Will of Public Knowledge® (PK) to reflect on the leadership lessons that emerged this year. They share insights on keeping work moving when uncertainty is high and timelines are constantly shifting. The discussion examines the ways leaders handle uncertainty, making thoughtful choices as their teams navigate evolving circumstances.

Change is not slowing down, and leaders need decision frameworks that hold up under pressure.
