United States – July 29, 2024 – Glenda McMillan, who previously served as one of the Public Knowledge® Regional Vice Presidents, has been appointed as the Vice President of the Federal Sector.  

Her new role will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships to grow the firm’s impact in the federal sector, primarily through General Services Administration opportunities. Leveraging her extensive knowledge of federal systems and existing partnerships, Glenda is committed to deepening these connections.  

Recognizing the distinct challenges federal clients face, her new position will provide the firm with added capabilities. This will significantly enhance Public Knowledge®’s ability to offer federal clients comprehensive support and solutions.

Glenda brings over 30 years of expertise in public sector human services. This experience includes covering various program areas such as eligibility services, child protection, family preservation, foster care, and adoption. Before joining Public Knowledge®, Glenda served as Texas’s Associate Commissioner of Eligibility Operations. In this role, she led 9,300 staff members across 251 locations to manage economic support services.
