United States – December 6, 2023 – Stephen Forrest assumes the role of Programs Implementation and Evaluation Director at multinational consulting firm Public Knowledge® (PK). He will lead the firm’s efforts to use proven and effective approaches to implementation, develop policies and regulations, use business process redesign, and conduct assessments. Additionally, he will be working with the Business Intelligence and Impact Team on our data analytics, research, and evaluation methodologies.

Stephen joined the firm in 2022 as a management consultant. He has 11 years of experience managing governmental programs and projects, including four years as the Chief Information Officer at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. During his career, Stephen has overseen the implementation of numerous administrative, environmental, and financial information management projects.  

At PK, Stephen has taken the lead in planning and procurement support for a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System in Wyoming, as well as providing Independent Verification and Validation services for a Medicaid Management Information System in Montana and benefits management in Colorado. Additionally, he has provided independent quality assurance for an Environmental Data Management System in Oregon.
