Change is reshaping child support programs, creating new demands on agencies. Agencies must adjust to respond effectively while keeping services consistent for the families who rely on them.
From September 8 to 12, the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council (WICSEC) Annual Training Conference will come to St. Paul, Minnesota. It will bring together child support professionals focused on tackling these challenges and preparing for what is next. Public Knowledge® (PK) will join leaders from across the West to share insights and forward-thinking solutions.
With the theme Navigating the Currents of Change, this year’s conference highlights the actions agencies can take to move programs forward. Through our business process review and program assessment services, we help agencies streamline operations, improve collaboration, and equip teams with the training and tools needed to make clear, effective decisions.
Our approach keeps families at the center and supports more consistent outcomes.
