Since 2023, Katie has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. Katie has over a decade of experience in education, administration, government, and policy. As a former curriculum administrator for Wyoming’s largest school district, Katie has led change management processes and program implementation. Katie is a project manager and a project management officer for Health and Medicaid projects in Wyoming and Colorado. She leads change management and stakeholder engagement on projects in Wyoming for the Department of Health and the Department of Family Services. Katie holds a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming, a master’s in educational leadership and administration, and a master’s in curriculum and instruction. She is a certified K-6 educator and K-12 principal. When not working, Katie loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

Through her proven project management and coordination abilities, Camilla thrives in coordination efforts for agencies and organizations of all sizes, meeting deadlines and objectives within complex environments. Camilla received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law. When not working, Camilla enjoys almost anything outdoors, travel, sunshine, and embracing the chaos of raising a family.
