Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Wyoming. When not working, Ryan enjoys working out, playing volleyball, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Since 2022, Camilla has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. She has more than a decade of leading and guiding staff and organizations in compliance and meeting regulatory guidelines. Additionally, Camilla has extensive experience driving initiatives in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Through her proven project management and coordination abilities, Camilla thrives in coordination efforts for agencies and organizations of all sizes, meeting deadlines and objectives within complex environments. Camilla received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law. When not working, Camilla enjoys almost anything outdoors, travel, sunshine, and embracing the chaos of raising a family.

Brenna is responsible for creating and monitoring project schedules, managing project budgets, internal team management, and stakeholder engagement. She focuses on education policy, curriculum development, and project management. Brenna received her BA in Elementary Education and K-12 English as a Second Language from the University of Wyoming. When not working, Brenna enjoys spending time with her family and cats, reading, hiking, and competing in bodybuilding competitions.

Connie is responsible for many aspects of project management based on professional work experience in non-profit education/administration and volunteer humanitarian assistance for over 20 years. Connie received her Master’s in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. When not working, Connie is an amateur photographer who enjoys traveling, writing children’s stories, and listening to international music while she is working. Why? The words do not distract her because she does not speak the language!

Alli Anderson PMP, ToP

Programs Procurement and Innovation Practice Director

Since 2022, Alli has been the Programs Procurement and Innovation Practice Director at Public Knowledge®. Previously, she was a management consultant for the firm. Alli is responsible as the project manager for acquisition support services with North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services. She also serves as project manager for CCWIS Procurement Support efforts with the Wyoming Department of Family Services and deputy project manager for IV&V services for several Colorado OIT projects.

Alli has over 10 years of experience working in project management, strategic planning, stakeholder coordination and communication, and program and process development. She received her BS in family and consumer sciences, with honors, from the University of Wyoming. Alli enjoys playing volleyball and being outside with her husband and two boys when not working.

Eliza Byrne MSW, MGA

Since 2005, Eliza has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. She has been responsible for the evaluation activities of child welfare programs and has developed, tested, implemented, and managed case reviews and other qualitative data collection instruments. Eliza also conducted analyses to inform practice and conducted continuous quality improvement systems and activities with 15 years of experience working with local, state, and federal child welfare agencies. She received her dual master’s degree in Social Work and Government Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania. Eliza enjoys cooking, hiking, and chasing her toddler when not working.

He is a Certified Change Practitioner, a Project Management Professional, a Board-Certified Coach, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a SAFe Agilist, and Certified in Governance of Enterprise Information Technology. When not working, Stephen enjoys making mead and cider.

Since 2015, Jill has been a management consultant at Public Knowledge®. Jill has managed projects for the Oregon Department of Transportation, Washington Department of Licensing, and Colorado Department of Corrections. She has been an organizational change management (OCM) subject matter expert for assignments in Washington, Oklahoma, and Mississippi, and a quality assurance analyst for several Oregon projects. Jill has over 25 years of experience working with the public sector in communications and OCM. Jill is certified in Prosci® organizational change management and IDEO’s advanced human-centered design thinking and is a graduate of the Northwest Public Health Leadership Institute. She is also certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory®. Jill enjoys baking, watching movies, and spending time with her family when not working.
