Igniting Impact Podcast – What 2024 Taught Us About Evidence and Impact – Season 2, Episode 19

In this season finale, we look back at the biggest takeaways from our podcast in 2024. From using evidence to drive decisions to building trust and amplifying impact, this episode invites you to rethink how you approach change.

Kassie discusses the challenges of backing data-driven decisions when they contradict existing plans, saying, “It’s really hard, particularly when we’ve all made so much investment to make a plan work, to move when the data isn’t showing us it’s working.” Effective leadership must have the courage to pivot, adapt, and learn from failure.

The Importance of Integrating Lived Experience

Naomi and Stacey emphasize the importance of including community voices and engaging key players, especially those most impacted by decisions. By listening to diverse perspectives, leaders can develop grounded, transformative solutions. Inclusivity allows voices to be heard, leading to more meaningful and lasting change.

Join Stacey, Kassie, and Naomi as they revisit the conversations and client stories that defined this year.
