Kristen Lindblom, Deputy Director of the Health Information Office for the Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy and Financing


Kristen has over 25 years of Medicaid experience. Her background includes Fiscal Agent operations, MMIS systems, project management, and payment method development. She oversees a range of healthcare information technology responsibilities, including program management, project management, vendor and contract management, system integration, enterprise testing, procurements, and advanced planning documents. Kristen led the implementation and establishment of the Enterprise Project Management Office for the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and is currently leading the Colorado Medicaid Enterprise Solution transition and DDI of its 16 modules.

Ron Puent, Systems Practice Director, PMP®, CSM®


Ron brings more than 25 years of experience in Medicaid and public sector system delivery, with a focus on system implementation, IV&V, and certification. He has led large-scale MMIS modernization efforts, federal certification initiatives, and IV&V engagements across multiple states. His experience includes leadership roles within the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, where he managed operations, project management functions, and key components of the state’s Medicaid enterprise. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.

Stacey Moss, President and CEO at Public Knowledge®

For over 25 years, Stacey has contributed to government, education, and nonprofit organizations through leadership, program development, and training. Recognized as an expert in training design, leadership coaching, and organizational change management, Stacey has delivered over 200 training sessions on child welfare, procurement, and leadership. She has also managed more than 50 projects and portfolios throughout her career. Stacey earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming and is widely known for her expertise in child welfare law, program management, and community engagement.
