eLearning from Public Knowledge®

Our Vice President for Child Support and Workforce Services, Diane Potts, had the privilege of attending, sharing about the valuable work that our team is doing every day to support the mission of bettering child support and beyond. A component of this dedication lies in our creation of custom eLearning courses, with one series specifically created for child support professionals.

Effective Child Support Customer Service Training Series

This series utilizes our first-hand experience to assist professionals on their journey. Our highly interactive training series covers effective communication strategies, real-life scenarios, unintended bias, cultural competency, and so much more.

PK’s Integration

Diane also had the opportunity to speak of our integration that was effective as of January 2021. Public Knowledge, LLC merged with the Center for System Integrity (CSI) and the Center for the Support of Families (CSF), collectively known as SLI Government Solutions (SLI), to form our current firm of Public Knowledge®. This merge allows us to be a cohesive management consulting firm offering deeper and broader expertise to our clients.

About NCCSD

NCCS is responsible for providing a structured forum for state IV-D child support directors. In doing so, it encourages dialogue on common matters and solutions that are relevant to the child support program administration.
