Lara Fors to Co-Present at the NTCSA Conference

October 17, 2021

Venue: Conference

The National Tribal Child Support Association’s (NTCSA) Annual Training Conference is an important event where forward-thinking presenters share their insights.

Public Knowledge® will join child support professionals across the country to learn and discuss the most recent initiatives in tribal child support enforcement.

Management Consultant Lara Fors to Co-Present

Lara Fors will join Bill Woods, IV-D attorney for Three Affiliated Tribes (Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nations) in North Dakota, to speak at the NTCSA conference.

Federal Social Security and Enforcement Remedies

Their session features both speakers in different areas. Lara will speak about Title II and Title XVI Social Security Benefits and how the IV-D program recognizes them in establishing and enforcing child support orders. Bill will talk about federal enforcement remedies available to the tribes.
