SLI Government Solutions celebrates Child Support Awareness Month with #SupportChildSupport
SILVER SPRING, MD., August 4th, 2020 – Child Support Awareness Month is dedicated to appreciating the parents who meet the emotional and financial needs of their children. The Center for the Support of Families, a division of SLI Government Solutions (SLI), has proudly worked with government agencies since 1991 to help parents build a strong foundation for raising happy and healthy children. During Child Support Awareness Month, SLI and leaders across the Nation celebrate the long-standing effectiveness of the child support program and seek to further educate the public on the importance of child support to families and children.
For Child Support Awareness Month, SLI is launching the new #SupportChildSupport on LinkedIn and Twitter to get the word out!
The goal is for everyone to know about the program and its on-going contributions to supporting the health and wellbeing of children. To participate in celebrating Child Support Awareness Month with SLI, post photos on Twitter or LinkedIn with the hashtag #SupportChildSupport with a picture demonstrating how child support provides emotional and financial care for children in one of the below areas and help build awareness.

SLI was inspired to launch #SupportChildSupport because they understand the importance of the work their clients perform. For decades, SLI has provided consulting services and educational resources for child support programs and professionals. Empowerment through professional development is a cornerstone of SLI’s consulting services and has a proven impact on the child support program that results in better service to families, parents, and children. To further expand access to these essential educational resources, SLI is launching a series of virtual seminars including Unintended Bias, Collaborative Negotiations, and Procedural Justice. In addition, SLI is excited to announce a new, interactive eLearning series: Effective Child Support Customer Service.

We are excited about this launch and are even more excited to share this news during Child Support Awareness Month.”
