Public Knowledge® to Attend the 44th National Child Welfare Law Conference

August 14, 2021

Venue: Conference

With Special Conversations from PK President Stacey Obrecht and Family Integrity & Justice Works (FIJW) Director David Kelly

The 44th National Child Welfare Law Conference hosted by the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) is only a few days away. Public Knowledge® is excited to connect with the leaders in the child welfare sector across the country to come together to share their knowledge to work towards ending racism and bias in child welfare.

Striving to accommodate everyone’s comfort level within this public health crisis, both onsite and online conferences will be held.

Join Stacey Obrecht and David Kelly for a Compelling Pre-Conference Conversation

Stacey Obrecht, President of Public Knowledge®, will join David Kelly, Director of FIJW to speak on what it takes to make radical changes to the experience children and families have with the child welfare system. They will cover topics like how to avoid unwarranted connect with the child welfare system and the trauma that comes with unnecessary family separation.

Stop by and share your ideas of how children’s and parent’s attorneys and judges can make this possible. We look forward to seeing you there!

Let Public Knowledge® Solve Your Tough Problems

On both days of the conference, David and Stacey will be holding one-on-one meetings with anyone who wants to discuss how to promote family integrity and justice within their  jurisdiction. Public Knowledge® and FIJW have the systems, people, and programs necessary to make these impactful changes.
