RJ is responsible for assisting the proposal team, reviewing requests for proposal notifications, and updating the procurement site database. To the Public Knowledge® team, he brings 13 years of experience working in state government workforce programs and nonprofit management. Prior to working at the firm, he served as a program manager for the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. When not working, RJ enjoys exploring antique stores and breweries.
