The Public Knowledge® (PK) SPARK Summit brought our team together for a meaningful week centered on leadership, connection, and growth. Rooted in our firm’s values, it created space to share ideas, strengthen relationships, and align around our shared vision. It reminded us of what is possible when we come together with purpose and intention.

Leading with Vision and Purpose

The summit’s theme, “Dream More, Learn More, Do More, Become More”, inspired the firm to explore leadership at a deeper level. Sessions discussed the qualities we admire in leaders, shared ways to continue to evolve our leadership skills, and reflected on how we can individually contribute to our shared vision.

Elevating Our Values through Teamwork and Knowledge Sharing

A core focus of the SPARK Summit was reinforcing our commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing. Through sessions focused on the PK IMPACT Leadership™, we examined the importance of trust, healthy conflict, and accountability within our teams. These principles are critical to achieving results while creating a supportive and collaborative environment. Additionally, we practiced our PK Feedback Model to ensure that open, constructive communication remains central to our ongoing development.

Embracing Transformation and Building Resilience

Change is constant in our personal and professional lives. During the SPARK Summit, we explored how to navigate transformation by understanding our personal change styles—originators, pragmatists, and conservers—and the role each plays in shaping organizational growth. We also focused on developing the mindfulness skills necessary to remain resilient and adaptable, including intention, beginner’s mind, acceptance, and resilience.

The SPARK Summit emphasized learning, collaboration, and leadership to enhance relationships and drive positive impact during challenges. We use these skills with our clients to navigate the complex challenges we work through together.
