A milestone in child welfare information systems.
We are proud to share our role in supporting the successful launch of WYOSAFE, Wyoming’s new Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS). This transformative project replaces the decades-old WYCAPS system, marking a significant advancement in data management and service delivery for Wyoming’s Department of Family Services (DFS).

Launching On Time and Budget
In 2022, Wyoming DFS secured funding to develop WYOSAFE. Partnering with Accenture® and with our expertise in the planning, procurement, communication, and project management of large IT systems, DFS delivered a major accomplishment on schedule and within budget. The new system improves data accuracy, enhances service coordination, and supports real-time decision-making for frontline staff.
Our Role in the Successful Implementation
Our work with DFS included guiding an outcomes-based procurement process and supporting the implementation phase. This ensured a smooth transition to WYOSAFE and helped the project team achieve its goals.
Celebrating the WYOSAFE Project Team
Congratulations on this achievement to the incredible project team: Bree Thompson, Alli Anderson, Stephen Forrest, Daniel Shin, Lindsey Davis, Brenna Keslar, , Julie Breedlove, and Allison Ward.
WYOSAFE sets a national standard for child welfare systems, and we’re honored to have supported its successful launch.
Our Team is Ready to Help Other Agencies
With deep expertise in procurement processes and child welfare systems, we are ready to help other agencies achieve similar successes. We help agencies secure outcomes-based contracts and implement CCWIS solutions, delivering on time, on budget, and with lasting impact.
