Linda Rhyne-McKinley, Management Consultant
- Over 24 years of experience in child support services, including quality and training management, strategic initiatives, and performance improvement.
- Experienced in adult learning theories, instructional design, leadership development, and relationship intelligence.
Kathy Sokolik, Vice President
- Over 35 years of experience in child support policy and operations, with expertise in quality assurance, training, and strategic planning. Led key initiatives, including serving as President of NCSEA, WICSEC, and California’s CSDA.
- Guided multiple federal and state projects, including overseeing the Federal Parent Locator Service, designing training programs, and managing system implementation efforts to enhance operational effectiveness.
Glenda McMillan, Vice President, Federal Sector
- Over 35 years of public sector experience and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia.
