Amy Gober, Public Knowledge® Management Consultant, joined the Eastern Regional Child Support Association (ERICSA) Board of Directors in 2017.

Recently, she was re-elected to her third term as Director of the Board of ERICSA, ending in 2023. She began her career practicing general law and family law. Then in 1986, Amy began to focus on child support specifically. 

“During to next two years, I will continue to work to advocate for the child support community at the federal level. We will work hard to provide an opportunity for child support workers to have their voices heard as child support policy and legislation is considered.”

ERICSA continues to focus on improving policy, procedures, and practice by focusing on training and intergovernmental communications. This group is comprised of dedicated professionals from state, local, and federal child support offices and the many private companies that assist with the programs at all levels of government. In addition to Amy’s re-election to the Board, Vice President Diane Potts was elected to the Executive Committee as ERICSA Secretary and Lara Fors, a fellow Management Consultant, became an honorary Board Member. Vernon Drew, one of the founding partners of the Center for the Support of Families, received a resolution recognizing his contributions to the child support community over several decades.
