Deborah obtains one of the most prominent certifications in her field.

Deborah Lemmon (Debbie), one of our management consultants, attained her Certified Project Director certification as of August 8, 2021. Through this prestigious credential, she acquired new skills and advanced techniques in managing and controlling today’s complex project and management issues; from managing risks and quality to managing scope and budgets. The digital certification is administered by the Global Association for Quality Management, a British Quality Foundation Member Institute, and is a global and Independent Certification body with wide experience in the certification industry.

Debbie joined Public Knowledge® in 2019, bringing with her 30 years of technology experience from public and private sectors. Debbie’s new certification is no surprise, considering her vast array of subject matter expertise; health and human services, higher education, program/project management, and Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) development. She has also been an active speaker and moderator at numerous Medicaid events.
