Strengthening Teams Through Expanded People Practice

These dynamics can affect morale, slow progress, and reduce overall productivity. Julie Breedlove, our People Practice Director, is now a certified DiSC® practitioner, which can help organizations strengthen team functioning and cohesion.

Advancing the People-Side of Organizational Success 

This certification expands our ability to support the people side of organizations. 

DiSC® joins a suite of team and leadership development methodologies, including Five Behaviors Model®, Hogan® Assessments, and our PK IMPACT Leadership™ Model. Together, they deliver valuable insights into team dynamics, identifying communication preferences and fostering trust-building. 

By combining these tools, leaders and team members better understand how their behaviors influence engagement and outcomes. These insights also help leaders make informed decisions about team structure, collaboration, and alignment with goals. 

Customized Solutions for Teams 

Julie’s certification enables Public Knowledge® to offer DiSC alone or in conjunction with other team development tools, and, most importantly, professionally incorporate this leadership tool within the custom solutions developed for each PK client. These programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of various organizations. 

Workshops and coaching sessions cover giving feedback, managing conflict, and encouraging collaboration. Programs can be customized for project teams, cross-functional groups, or leadership teams of any size.
