Our Approach to DEIB
We have a group of leaders who guide our firm and facilitate conversations regarding the direction of our yearly DEIB initiatives. These conversations are integrated into our messaging and ensure our people feel safe, included, and heard.
A New Chapter
Management consultant Sara Melendez is the new facilitator and is ready to take on this new position.
