Drive Organizational Growth with the Hogan Assessment

Diverse personalities lead to solid teams and remarkable accomplishments.

At Public Knowledge® (PK), we prioritize exploring our professional interests and expanding our education. We are pleased to share that People Practice Director Julie Breedlove obtained her Hogan Assessment Certification.

What is the Hogan Assessment?

The Hogan assessment is like a mirror showing how we appear to others. Just as a mirror reflects our physical appearance, the Hogan reflects our personality as perceived by others. And just as a mirror can be a helpful tool for self-improvement, the Hogan can help us better understand ourselves and how we interact with others in a professional setting. Based on 30 years of research, the Hogan assessment is the first of its kind to scientifically measure a person’s personality for business.

Getting to Know Yourself in a New Way

Discovering more about yourself is a valuable journey, and the Hogan Assessment can help guide you along the way. As leaders in our field, we highly recommend this tool to our people and clients. This assessment provides insight into various components of your personality, such as your approach to relationships, stress management, and aspirations.

How Can Julie Help with this Certification?

As a Hogans Assessment Certification holder, Julie can administer the assessment. Three core assessments measure different traits:

  • Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
  • Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
  • Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

Julie’s certification aligns well with PK’s Values as it challenges conventional notions about leadership, performance, and human nature. It can integrate seamlessly into our DitDah™ Project Management Methodology. The assessment is an essential tool for teams to grow. It offers valuable insights as a foundation for creating robust, high-performing teams.

Professional Development is Key as Lifelong Learners

At PK, we firmly believe that professional development is not just a mere obligation to meet once a year. Rather, it is an avenue for self-exploration, an opportunity to grow your capabilities and grow as a thought leader. Everyone is given time to pursue professional development opportunities of their choosing.
