Management consultant Victor Sims took the initiative to complete two certifications at the end of 2021.  

Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate Program 

Victor completed the program through a self-paced course offered by the University of South Florida M3 Center. It covered seven topics: communication, conflict management, ethical leadership/decision-making, diversity, equity and inclusion, innovation, work/family life balance, and self-development.

Life Coach Certification  

Offered through the Universal Coach Institute, Victor saw an opportunity to elevate his managing capabilities and provide long-term assets to his clients through this certification. Covering critical skills such as goal setting and action planning to empower clients are vital abilities that will be an asset to any project.
