Paul is a subject matter expert for health IT projects in Washington and Wyoming. He has over 14 years of experience working with Health Information Exchange, electronic health records, Public Health, Medicaid, and social service IT systems. He is currently responsible for the project management of multiple software implementation quality assurance projects.
