As of June 2022, Glenda McMillan, Jennifer Vachon, Kathy Sokolik, Whitney Agopian, Stephanie Meisner-Maggard, Jerilyn Grow, Bree Thompson, and Will Hornsby trained in the Dare to Lead™ professional development workshop. The workshop was provided by Brené Brown, a prominent researcher known for her decades dedicated to studying vulnerability. The training focuses on teaching skills that are the foundation of courage:
