Public Knowledge® leadership team welcomes a child protection veteran, Glenda McMillan to the Regional Vice President Team.

The Public Knowledge® leadership team selected Glenda McMillan as a Regional Vice President beginning August 1st, 2021. She has served the public sector for 35 years, with experience in eligibility services, child protection, family preservation, foster care, and adoption.

Before joining Public Knowledge®, Glenda served as the Associate Commissioner of Eligibility Operations for Texas. Additionally, she led the statewide team in the development of an online benefits application process. As a Regional Vice President, she will provide guidance and support to various project teams throughout the Public Knowledge® areas of coverage in the United States. The Regional Vice President Team serves the management consultants to help them provide superior service to clients and in all of the expertise areas offered.

Glenda holds a master’s degree in social work from The University of Georgia and is working towards a Ph.D. in social work. As a former management consultant for Public Knowledge®, she managed a large child welfare project providing her firsthand knowledge of how to create strong client-to-consultant relationships for optimal success. She will be joining 4 other Regional Vice Presidents on the Leadership Team who all have a wide breadth of expertise spanning our three consulting areas systems, programs, and people.
